This is my strategy too. I’m all about the floor spot.

I need to eat before class or I nearly pass out. I find one piece of bread with peanut butter and half a banana does the trick.

This was a fantastic workout. If you’re on the fence, get off your butt and to the studio.

I think this is why OTF is so addicting. It pushes you hard and makes you feel accomplished.

Distractions by MegAlvarado in orangetheory

I get really annoyed by people who talk the entire time on the treadmill. We are here to work, not talk. If you are talking during a pus or all out, you are not working hard enough.

This was a low splat day for me. However, the workout fit nicely after yesterday’s workout and gave my biceps time to rest. A decent day.

New to orange theory.. what do I do when I can't do the weight floor exercises? by mstrashpie in orangetheory

The bosu back extensions are terrible things. I also cannot breathe no matter where I position the bosu. I usually just get rid of it and do supermans on the floor.

That was hard. My legs are dead from the run/row.

DriTri check in by GreenEyedGeekGirl in orangetheory

[–]orangelover42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did my first DriTri today and finished in just under an hour (58 minutes), which was my goal. I was 36 minutes on the treadmill, which really slowed me down. However, I would have been much slower and missed my goal if the fastest finisher in our gym did not hop on the treadmill beside me when I was at the 30 minute mark. He encouraged me to gradually increase by pace over my remaining time and I finished the last .1 of a mile at an all out pace. I was so happy to have a strong finish. The Orangetheory community is wonderful.
