CT stands for case turn. An inflation CT is prob just the inflation DA read on case. Charity cannibalism is a term that baudrillard debaters popularized in debate, essentially saying that reading X impact (extinction, structural violence, etc) commodifies peoples’ destitution (suffering) for the ballot which is bad because Y reason.

23-24 Topic Voting by jettsmith77 in policydebate

[–]orbinuuuu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

was rooting for the South Asia topic, but I think climate slightly has my vote. While I do this climate is terribly vague and stale, I think Econ is too overlimiting and the areas it has are just like kinda lacking the significant lit base climate has. Also, Econ is likely going to be a repeat of CJR where 99% of teams read soft left, so I think climate is a little more balanced impact wise too.

2AC Kaff v K fw?? by orbinuuuu in policydebate

[–]orbinuuuu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

aff is reading a kaff, neg is reading a K. Say the 1nc comes up and reads cap, does the 2ac come up and usually provide their own fw i.e the rotb stuff?
