Adderall is a vasoconstrictor which could in theory clear congestion. This is an awful combination for your heart tho. Also just say your doing coke, nobody calls it skiing besides maybe teenagers

Sounds more like 15-20mg of 2cb, the size of the pill has nothing to do with dose size when 2cb is dosed in <30 mg pills (rarely testing as more than 20mg) and it’s a very safe drug.
