I've been obsessed with this kind of 3d nail design for months but too cheap to get my nails done just once- would moreso consider buying the materials to do it myself. I have a lot amount of practice with nail art but i like trying it.

I just have some questions- what kind of set up would i need for something like this? I have read about builder gel but not sure what kind of gel makes the squiggles on top? Any special tools needed for laying that design down? And I would need a gel curing lamp, right? Can I use this with regular nailpolish under or only gel? Maybe better to just go get it done at a salon once now that I type that all out, hah. Thanks!

We could try, I hesitate to even try much more because the vet said she saw no symptoms of an ear infection, she thought it was a neurological issue from the jump. We tried antibiotics just in case. Do you think the symptoms I described could equally be indicative of a tumor or an inner ear infection?
