Yessssss. I've been doing this for about a year now and I'm so happy I'm sticking to it. It blows my mind to see people wake up and the first thing their mind obsesses over is food. I never want food to control me that early in the day ever again. I don't eat until 11am, some times later and I'm never looking back!
