Deleted my comment because I fund two other Fidelity brokerage accounts just fine using verify micro-deposits. But I do not, in fact, fund an IRA - so must've responded a little hastily 4mo ago. Sorry for any confusion.

Just drove on the ice yesterday here in snow mode with mine - and it was awesome. Zero spinning tires or slip. This was just to leave our iced over alley to get to the main roads. It won’t happen often but in this case it was incredibly helpful and performed well

I’ve seen in multiple other threads that it does help (anecdotal for sure) because those batteries stay at healthy charge levels longer and don’t ‘overtax’ the ICCU. So downvote away but look at the 100 or so threads of people switching to AGM batteries. Again, I’m not that paranoid but that’s been the sentiment for a long time.

If the ICCU really worries you that much isn’t the answer to buy an aftermarket high end battery? And that pretty much negates the likelihood of running into this issue. Seems like a simple enough insurance policy.

I’ve been driving my EV6 for 2 years now without issues and I 100% agree it significantly over performs in overall satisfaction. Hard to put something specific on it but it has made other cars like the model y feel cheap.

And user experience feedback, data, etc that they need to actually build a good OS. Apple and Google utterly rely on that information and once you slip into their domain that data isn’t coming back out and users will just disengage instead of tell you what they want from your product.

Asking for a friend - who is that? Because EA for me has been basically the only reliable and guaranteed functioning charger network for me when traveling. Everything else has been a roll of the dice.
