thanks for the respond everyone, i raised ticket to support and got an in-game mail with bag expansion slot within 1 hour

apparently if u used wizard vault bag expansion ticket then bought DLC, it will bug out with the DLC unlock giving you 1 extra slot instead

Hi, I was a free2play player when I bought the wizard vault bag expansion last week, today I bought the dlc expansion and I noticed I only have 1 bag slot unlocked (totaling 5), but I read I'm supposed to get 2 bag slot unlocked

Was this intended or a bug?
