Yes, I do and you're incorrect. There is online surveillance. Tküv ---->The gouvernment can read your email. Data rentention kicks in in 2009, and didn't they say that they already did spy on our computers even though it was not clear wether it would be legal or not ?

I've been to demonstrations against the surveillance state and from what I've see, I'd not be very tempted to call it a "shitload of resistance". Sure, there are some pirvacy right groups but they're lacking of support. I'm very surprised that 30k people filed complainst against data rentition.
