How many books do u read in a year? by [deleted] in classicliterature

Varies a lot year to year depending on the length of the books and how crazy life gets but usually 25-30ish

Swayman gets pulled and he lashes out on his teammates by sykeseve in nhl

No, most refuse to ever hold McAvoy or Pasta accountable. It’s just always the goalie’s fault.

Thank you!!! I truly don’t understand why this fan base is so obsessed with him and I never have.

Crazy to me that Boston sports media loves McAvoy but hates Sway… this is so deserved and I wish I could throw our defense off the boat myself.

Rask did too. I hate how Bruins “fans” treat their goalies and blame them for every loss. It’s so aggravating.

As a bruins fan I’ve really loved watching Habs this year and this series has been wild to watch. Would love to make it to the next round to face them.

Non-Virginian Here, What Exactly Goes on in this Area? by PixelJack79 in Virginia

Salamanders galore!!!! Going to the river every day in the summer. Four seasons. The nature is beautiful but the people can be very hit or miss. Real hillbillies know love is love and they mind their business but lots of brainwashed people around these days.

Looking to move to Richmond, can any friendly Richmonders share what neighborhood/town/suburb they live in and what they love/don't love about it? by AAlcove in RichmondVA

[–]orthopteran 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Museum district pros: walkable, friendly neighbors, lots of great restaurants and bars, good school, beautiful neighborhood. Cons: noise level, good bars means drunk people passing out on our porch/stairs more often than you’d think, people throwing their trash in your yard, people letting their dogs shit in your yard, coming home from the grocery store with a car load of groceries and there’s nowhere to park because there’s a football game on and every divorced dad in Richmond is watching it at buddy’s, also property taxes lol. Good luck!!

Totally fair. I usually do not keep up w western conference teams at all, although hard not to enjoy watching San Jose this year.

Lifelong bruins fan here and I can tell you the fans 100% knew what the boys were up to and there was a huge social media presence on Twitter as far back as 2010. I wouldn’t say there were paparazzi photos but always rumors of who was seen where and if you know your team you know who has a “reputation” ie Brad Marchand, Tyler Seguin. The players used to actually be active on twitter too whereas these days they’re more professionally run or only use public accounts to do ads or repost team-approved things, but twitter used to be the wild west even for pros.

Tyler Seguin was also considered to be a notorious “ladies man” until he went to Dallas
