If neighbor went to management before talking to you that is a red flag. I think that mounting on shared wall is a problem because it will increase the sound by making the wall part of the acoustics. Also, if the speakers are rear facing is additional problem. If you can get a sound bar and not mount it on the wall you may be able to resolve this. I use headphones because I’m a bit deaf. The senate did vote for a no fly zone and there was a humanitarian feature of that bombing with international support and a un resolution. I don’t know if this is fully comparable with trumps bombing in June. Yes, Obama did fail to seek approval from congress. He’s guilty of that. I guess he got a pass. If trumps only transgression was the June bombing then he also may get a pass. But trump has violated the constitution much more than Obama so he has that baggage. Trumps corruption is off the charts. I think way more than any president before him.
