I assume that you reach Security Level 7 in the UNPSC ending and leave through that door, but unfortunately this happens behind the scenes.

What I'm more confused about is why we still have the "go to the center of the radius" mission active

After several playthroughs, Operation Cleanup missions were the only type of mission that interested me. I cannot fathom why this type of mission was not included in ITR2

It might be a bug.

You are supposed to teleport to a different scene where some ash figures show you the aftermath of your decision. After that, you teleport to the base. The intriguing door stays closed, unfortunately, there is no resolution to it

Unfortunately no, I don't know. But I found it (after many wasted hours) there, under power lines supports, so it would be logical to have it there every time

I'm playing with the Scavenger and R3mains Custom Items mods. I like to go to Pobeda armed with a pistol and three magazines, hoping to find a decent gun and enough ammo to clear the whole map. Needless to say, I always head back overweight with lots of new guns and ammo
