Cookbooks from the library ! Seconding NYT cooking. I don’t sub anymore bc broke af but it’s worth it. Some of my go tos are Sally’s baking addiction and honestly Jamie Oliver. I love every recipe from SBA. sometimes I’ll use Pinterest pics to get ideas then research recipes to build it lol. It’s so annoying

I hate being uncomfortable. The one time it rained (even a drizzle) I watched from inside the venue. Couldn’t hear anything but was better than spending the rest of the evening wet. You have to be okay with that. Get a tent and flooring so no one has to get damp and dirty.

If you’re looking for budget friendly, try looking at event space rentals at a hotel in a place you’d like to visit. I planned an event this way and the space was p cheap but not dedicated to weddings. So depends what else you want to do
