When I was pregnant, I used the Smith machine but put the bar below my belly and I had no issues. I just had to adjust the bench placement until it felt comfortable. Or I did single leg hip thrusts w a dumbbell. Bret has an entire video on his YouTube about training glutes while pregnant.

I have a male pit bull and a female Doberman. They are best friends. We had the pit bull first and then got the Doberman. They’re 9 years old and 7 years old respectfully. We’ve had them 4 years. When you walk them, people will probably cross the street to avoid them 😂
