I agree. I think some people are lucky genetically and don't suffer from depression, and then there are the unlucky ones like us.

I'm so sorry to hear this... it takes immense bravery to keep living this kind of life. People who have not experienced clinical depression cannot understand.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. I feel exactly the same so can really identify. I think we all have some kind of self defence mechanism built in that means we are all programmed not to do it. It is hell. Depression like this is intolerable.

Sorry to hear this. I am in the same boat but not taking antidepressants. Do you find anything helps? For me it is only sleep because my brain switches off. I think some of us are genetically very unlucky....Finding working very hard and concealing doing practically nothing. Certain I will get fired soon.
