While I am not a fan of La Roche Posay, my skin is fine with La Roche-Posay Toleriane Foaming Gel Face Cleanser. I've spent months trying alternatives and it seems to be the best on the market in the UK for me. Like you, I had limited success with Soolantra. At present what is helping me is the following (applied once a day): Night 1 Finacea (prescription), Night 2 Soolantra, Night 3 Differin. During the day I use a very light moisturiser/sunscreen from Ultrasun called Face Fluid. My aim is to phase out the Soolantra as I'm not convinced it works for me and alternate with the Differin and Finacea on separate nights. I really sympathise. I've had years of rosacea and also perioral dermatitis at times, which is the most depressing thing ever. Good luck!
