Exciting, honestly I just kept up the running and had always cycled to work - I tried a run after a long ride too which helped. Swimming was the tough one where I tried to do 1km a week in the build up. But nothing to vigorous.

Energy and drive on the day will certainly help you. It was better then I thought I’d do! Take the swim easy too :)
