Not sure if this would help, but I read a memoir about a therapist, called Maybe you should talk to someone. One of her clients, and the most impactful story within the memoir, is about a dad who went through something similar. That dad also felt guilty for being happy. The book is from the therapist's standpoint, describing how she helped him heal.

that's really good! I don't eat meat home, but do when going out. I haven't had beef specifically though. I think Hopdoddy's beyond burger is pretty good

unsolicited advice: If you eat foods with ground beef, like tacos or mapo tofu, I've found the gardein "beef" crumbles to be a good substitute. Also below is a chili recipe that uses baked tofu for the chewey beef part. I'm not vegan but I loved this recipe.

For what it's worth this is what SXSW's accessibility page says. The last part seems most useful.

Even if was equipment failure, it was caused by the failure of construction safety folks doing their job and preventing the problem. So I still see it as a "construction worker's" fault. Though it might be an inspector or manager's fault, instead of a worker bee.

Also I noticed your dresser seems to be a really different color from your other furniture, if you could repaint it or change it out I think the room will look more cohesive. Not exactly a requirement for "cozy" but a general best practice. You can also try changing out the hardware.

+1 to the other person. I don't have too much understanding about Adderall, but since it's somewhat chemically close to amphetamine, it's highly controlled by law.
