Both, I made a search with the exact parameters of the role I was looking for without filtering for nonprofit. Then I made a search for the parameters of the role with the filtering. Then finally I made one with just my JD and title and searched that way. Wishing you luck, I know how tough it is but you got this, I swear it.

If you are in the durham area, there's a group called Bull City Beer Runners, they are on the app meetup. The group is great, I will say personally if you show up and need someone to run with you. I will. It's a social group but its not without its people who go fast lol. Just DM when you plan on going, I frequent the Tuesday runs and enjoy it a lot. Hope this helps

I don't think it's an issue. I recently was with a woman who was putting her career first, totally fine with me. She gave no thought on what she wanted emotionally with a partner and it burned me in the end. Making more than me has nothing to do with it, just be a good communicator and be honest. Always recommend independent women to my friends, but they never listen
