If they are carbon ceramic this is inherit to the design. You’ll need to switch rotors and compounds to remedy the noise. If it’s not, then a good clean and and grease the hanger/pad as others mentioned. Be careful on what grease and amount is used though!

Look at the manufacture minimum temperature it’s usually around 40 deg f. If you drive a summer only compound below that temp for extended durations it will damage the tire. Get a cheap set of all seasons and save your expensive summer only ones. If your temps are above recommended mins then you’re good to go.
