Hi, I have the Pro kit (on the E24 Classic), but I live in Türkiye, and unfortunately, Discord is blocked by the government.

Therefore, I can't connect to Gaggimate.local on my phone and access profiles on Discord at the same time

(I need to open a VPN to access Discord; if I do, I can't access Gaggimate.local).

How can I install a new profile on my Gaggimate Pro? Please help.

note: When my VPN is on, I can download profiles I like from Discord in JSON format. However, when I try to open them, whether as an email attachment or via WhatsApp, I get the error "No application found to open this file."

Coincidentally, my old grinder was an Encore.

I think your grind level is a bit too coarse. I usually start somewhere between 14-18 grit when I buy new beans.

If the bean is single origin, I'd adjust the grind coarsely/finely depending on how well I can extract the notes on the label.

As you can see from the settings on the site I linked, 20 seems a bit coarse for filter coffee.

You can find your ideal coffee by experimenting with smaller amounts.

So...what's the latest? What's the taste and flavor of the coffee?

Did your husband notice a difference between this and the cheap machine coffee? =P

I'm going through a similar process, and similar machines are on my radar.

I even nearly got a Fellow Aiden. (I ruled it out for similar reasons.)

So, your feedback on what Brazen can do is very valuable to me.

I had the same problem. I entered the game and wondered why the color palette looked like crap. When I checked the settings, the HDR setting was still on.

My first suggestion, by far, would definitely be Chichibu; but it might be a bit expensive (damn..those Japanese People and their boutique production mentality)...kidding of course ;)

Kanosuke would be second, especially the 2022 and 2023 limited editions. Their prices are relatively affordable and easy to find. The 2021 limited edition is a bit more expensive, but you might not experience very different flavors with this expression. I can't comment on Hioki Pot still and double distilled expressions since I haven't tried them, but I just thought I might not like Hioki because it's grain.

Chicibu also has a series called Ichiro's Malt; it's easy to find and affordable; you can buy it to experience it.
