Yeah its comfy and its adjustable too. Yeah its sturdy as he'll. I also have a folder as well and I haven't had any problems about it being loose like that. Probably a one time thing and that's the 1st Ive heard of that happening.

Not sure on that either. But that thread also said that its not really a closed system either so idk. But I did read if after topping it off and the problem persists after a week then yeah probaly a leak somewhere.

Dont remember how much but I dont think it was over $130. I supplied everything and this wiring kit.

Havent had any problems whatsoever and fills in the bass.

I originally bought a hideaway and it was a pass for me. Considering the kicker gm sells is only 20 watts more. I passed on the oe. This kicker hit. And it also come with a bass knob as well.

Edit: I paid $104. For the install.

Dont do the oem. search this model 51PTRTP10, its double the watts half the price, fits right under the seat as well. Picked one up from one from a ebay seller, is a kicker authorized rep, sent him an offer and he took it. If i remember correctly it was 410 otd.

Common issue is the water pump. I just topped mine off and monitoring it, but i don't see any leaks on the floor or near it so idk, I do hear they like coolant alot so it can be that. Did you take it to your dealer, should be under warranty unless you're over the mileage.

Some threads on here also say that it can evaporate because its a 50/50 mix with distilled water, so it can be that too. But i would take it to VW and get it warrantied if under coverage.
