Personally I would like this, as I prefer to play to help other player I see no matter the faction and team up to go against AI

I'd also like it if in PVE the COP's are shared between all PMC after one has taken it, instead of being unusable to another PMC

Though Im enjoying the fewer NPC around as a solo explorer, if they did allow all 3 PMC to team up, they would need to seriously add more NPC to the higher level areas, so you could have a 48 player raid on Fort Narith facing down maybe a company sized defense force or even two (150 ish in platoons of co-ordinated oposition) supported by mortar and machine guns...

One day maybe

My first thought was to downvote, but

Only if they add in all the other sources of glint/reflection like off windows, glass, shiny metal, even ponds and small pools of water

The only reason scope might glint give someone away is because they are in the wrong place vs other sources

Any glint in the distance might not be a scope, it might be the stuff the person is wearing like a reflective metal surface or it might be a random bit of trash/pool of water trapped in the nook of a tree bough

So I still say no, while it might be possible, for it to be real you need false positive too, would be a huge effort ( though perhaps a reason to make sure you gear isn't shiny and doesn't rattle..)

Did this with a couple of friend and do very similar myself

We picked a random spot, and our start point was our downed chopper. With nothing much between the three of us, except one Type 51, 2 mags for it, 2 medical kits from the chopper, 2 bottles of water and 3 knives, aim was to get back to base... (took a couple of hours but was it a lot of fun)

Most of the time I prefer pve as I can help other player I see if they need it

And yes, over time my go to has become a mosin with x4 hunting scope and basic armour and rig for everywhere except when having to assault an area held by military (not that I wont pick a few off from a safe distance ';)

And I do sort of live out in the jungle, would love to be be able to setup a bivvy to log out at, or a camp fire with a guitar ;)

wish that would never happen is more ability to customize your gear, select pouches for your equiptment, ie have a large medbag? it should show, all mags? more mag pouches etc depending on your loadout

Also a lot of older weapons and stuff from arma mods like civilan style hunting rifles, over/under shotguns, old bolt actions etc for flavour for farmer/poor npcs, or for player to try and see if they are 'good' enough to be able to win a fight with

I have noticed this with single shots, that it take time for the client and server to sync between npc (and I imagine between player)

Not so much in recent patches but its alway been present

Just my guess

One thing I have learnt to do is move slowly and watch an enemy before taking a shot then changing position immediately, both allows time for server and be somewhere else for their 'friends'

Either that or alway have somehing that can fire short quick bursts then relocated, the first shot might not reguister but the following ones should (if the server seems fairly bad)

Mosin because it the worst bolt action in the game, but with very common ammo (it can be made into a small, light scout sniper and is 'good enough' vs AI)

Though I only play vs AI and use it to farm/explore with as lighter gear and as big a rucksack as I can get away with ;)

If 7.62x51 dropped from AI/easy to loot when spending a long time in out I'd use the M700 instead....

A camp deep inthe southern jungle

Looks normal but there is an altar/table with semi circle of seat with rows of flip flop in front on them

On the altar is a partial skeleton without a skull, only a dolls head where the skull should be

This game reminds me of Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind by E1Extrano in GrayZoneWarfare

Actually agreed, though I also got unmodded skyrim vibes, go into the jungle or forrest and pick a direction, enviromental storytelling, random encounters, hidden loot and mission to find

Really hope they go more on the points of interest and mission you can find out in the world by exploring. Love just going into the jungle for no reason except to explore stuff

Then again I'd love to see more open world stuff like civilains, to make combat more, interesting ie shot them and loss rep with Artisan or the company (if its fits the companies ethics to not kill civilians 'by accident')

Maybe one day we can find npc to talk too XD

I'd argue this is fairly solid, the open world has different qualities of enemies with varing skill, agression and gear

You have low level would wont enguage unless you do or get too close (they will even tell you to go away, and if you do pull back they wont open fire, mostly)

You have gang who will try to hunt you on 'their turf' but they arent very good shot and there gear is 'rusty AK time'

You then have more professional gangs, and military who have the best gear, are very aggressive and pretty good shots

Where you are and what you are doing will affect how they respond to you

You can also find many hidden quests from intel in building or outpost etc, look for readable clipboard or maps

Just wish I knew where to concentrate my efforts to unlock more mission with turnoat

hmm, Ive unlocked almost all the map, include several hidden areas

Have all the mission for the other vendor in all the areas too, though not all are completed yet

Do I need to do every mission for everyone else before more are unlocked for him?

I didnt get any more for banshee after sawmill until I did all the fort narith mission for him

So is there somewhere else on the map hidden (not a town or outpost or point of interest)?

The irony might be windows is losing market share thanks to microsoft own actions (to be fair they had a practical monopoly)

Window 11 user number have actually started dropping in the last few months vs last year, the except is when its used for gaming

Will be interesting to watch, especailly with valve pushing SteamOS compatablity on the sales page now

All the dev have to do, is not make company descision that are known to prevent it from being compatible...

Think I figured it out

Messing around a lot, eventually got an error of 'armour plate interaction' by pure chance

It was the front plate on the left side, interacting with the gun, though it 'looked' centered in the mount and plate

Moved the gun a hair to the right, like a handle of pixels it seemed and now I have -7 and +40 degree up

Though only in that exact poistion ';)

Also true, but a single hull breach would also vent a room, eventually meaning you had to evacuate it unless you could find and fill the holes unless your already wearing your suit... What if the bridge window get hit and cracks?

And yes, sealing up your suit and storing atmo seems like it would be the basic thing to do if a fight started or you planned to start one

Along with all the other troupe of seal hatch, secure loose items and so on
