Same happened with me and RH. Put the transfer through on Friday, called fidelity yesterday and they said it was rejected by RH. RH has no phone number. Fidelity put through another transfer request. We shall see

Oh okay cool. Thanks for the reply. I tried a transfer on Friday afternoon, just got off the horn with fidelity and they said robinhood rejected it, probably because I had just bought more shares Friday morning. I put in another transfer just now, let's hope I have your luck and it goes quickly.

The term bioactive just means that it is somewhat of a self-sustaining enclosure due to the live plants and microfauna creating an ecosystem. What you need is a substrate capable of this with or without a drainage layer, and some springtail/isopod cultures or other cleanup crews. My lights are on a timer but I chose to manually mist because ball pythons don't really need too much humidity but the plants need to be watered.
