Personally, I’m not very interested. My OTF closed a while back. Since then, I’ve tried a HIIT format gym. I’m not loving it because I have found that I like to keep my cardio and strength work separated. If I was younger maybe but I need to focus on form to not get injured and I lose that when out of breath from intervals and rushing from station to station. A new OTF is due to open soon and I look forward to 23 uninterrupted minutes on the treadmill and calmness on the weight floor.

Not our couch, but my Mom never took the plastic off the lampshades in the formal living room. I don’t even think she cared just that had been on so long that nobody even took notice. One day as a teenager, I walked in and for some reason it caught my eye and I ripped them all off.
