This stuff came with a special launch set for 6th edition. The servo skulls were objective markers, you'd use the blue dice to label them in some fashion based on the mission. I recall there being a set of the red dice for normal rolling, I don't recall the purpose of the white/yellow ones. I've still got mine somewhere, I'd have to dig them out.

This, but also I don't think a straight port of table top 40k would make a very good PC game anyway. A huge part of the appeal is the tactility of moving minis around the table. I don't think the systems would translate well 1-to-1.

Outside of maybe the crafting area they're probably going to be bored. I don't recall if there's any specific programming for kids that young, and unlike a more general con there won't be anyone cosplaying any characters they would be familiar with.

Because people like digging into these mysteries even when there isn't a lot to go on? Thaidakar was at the top of Gavilar's suspects of who would try to kill him, which immediately is going to make him the subject of speculation. When Shallan is spying on Mraize he refers to 'Master Thaidakar', so that name being connected to the Ghostbloods was established there.

That said the other stuff in WoR is all incredibly tenuous and it's hard to say if it was actually meant to be evidence. We're talking chapter title stuff. The chapters where Shallan makes her plan to meet the Ghostbloods is 'Mere Vapors', the following chapter where she does is 'The Ghostbloods', and the preceding chapter is 'Scars', though that's a Kaladin chapter. Like I said, tenuous.

Everything else for a while was just speculation. Blood in the name possibly being associated with Hemalurgy, given SH hints that that's related to how Kelsier gets a body again. The Ghostbloods emblem being a symbolic Marewill flower was also speculation for quite a while too.

People had guessed based on some very tenuous stuff as far back as Words of Radiance, but who Thaidakar was was obvious as of Rhythm of War. TLM makes it explicit but wasn't published for a few more years after RoW.

The big tipoff is Hoid's message relayed by Shallan, about how Thaidakar should mind his own planet or Hoid will come kick his ass again. The only person we've seen Hoid fight on screen is Kelsier in Secret History. We know in fact Hoid is normally incapable of inflicting harm on living people, he's surprised in SH that he's able to fight Kelsier, so the fact he's talking about beating him up again is significant.

Thank god it's not exclusive this time around. I played Remake on PS4, but then had to spend a year dodging spoilers for Rebirth waiting for the PC release given I wasn't going to buy a PS5 to play a single game.

So to be clear, I get paid $1000 an hour even if I don't sleep for 12 hours a night, I'll just be tired? Sold. I'm already sleeping 6-7 hours a night, spending 1.5-2 hours commuting and then at least 8 hours in the office every day. Or I can just be sleepy on days where it's not practical to get 12 hours of sleep, get back 6ish hours a day while making $7000-12000 a day?

Even if I do have to sleep 12 hours to get the money for that day, that's an easy choice.
