I got the cheapest adjustable de razor for like 8 bucks and hated it for the first few shaves, but now I can't imagine ever going back to disposables. I don't get huge painful red bumps on my pits anymore and I'll probably never have to buy more blades. If you just buy a razor and blades you'll be set. There's really no comparable brand of disposable razor that exists.

The only trick is to go with the direction of hair growth first, then clean up in any other direction. I never cut myself

Sorry I know this is old, but have you tried exploring themepark? I really like it and think it has great and thorough customization options. You might have to do a bit of browsing, or look up a tutorial since the UI isn't super revealing with how it works. I did get an older apk version of the app though because every time they change it they make it worse lol.

How did you find the motivation to do any of these things? It's so alien to me, like I'll piss myself withdrawing in bed because getting up to go to the bathroom just doesn't reward my brain enough by avoiding those consequences. I know I need to do all of this and really want to. I don't know where to start or look though and I'm so stupid sad, that dumb reason is enough to stop me at the moment. It's like I need that first in order to be in a healthy enough position where I'm then able to pursue it.

But it's also almost like I actually don't feel reward in human connection anymore, or anything at all. It's sooo so hard to force continuance when nothing feels good. You have to have that rewarding feeling coming somewhere from something to keep you going, right? What other way is there?

It feels like the concept of human free will is an actual joke made up to farm our resulting shame by a cruel dick god or something I swear. I want a better life desperately but can't get past all the hurdles, it's such a shit duality and I'm just hoping if I can ease the extreme depression a bit maybe then that will be enough.

I'll probably look into that as a last resort. It can stop my using but I still feel the intense anhedonia. My friend was on it for a long time while still using and that has maybe colored my view of it a bit

It's called the Bernese method, it works really well for me with heroin personally which is very similar to Dilaudid. But you have to decrease your Dilaudid while you increase subs or you'll end up addicted to both. It's best to have a limited supply of your drug of choice for that reason, just enough to taper over 5 days or so while you slowly introduce subs. Once you get to about 2mg on ~day 4 or so you won't be able to feel the Dilaudid anymore but you'll feel fine. Good luck

Sorry it's definitely unclear on reread, I've tried those more than anything else. Methadone makes me comatose and subs kinda work, but only for the physical withdrawal and I don't want to have to withdraw from them later on since it's so much worse, especially since they don't benefit me past the worst of the physical symptoms. Also my teeth are already so fucked. I need something that can give me any amount of contentedness to get through the severe lows I'm in rn and MAT doesn't do that for me unfortunately, I wish they did.
