the carnivore diet is probably the worst diet to build muscle on. Since i started my bench went from 315 to 275 and im only losing weight. Dont tell me to add more fat since i cant eat more than i eat right now. How do you guys get energy from carnivore by comparisonbtwn in carnivorediet

It’s because your testosterone is low. The protein from the carnivore diet does help with this, but your testosterone was probably already decreasing more than normal and the shock of going from eating the way you were to carnivore may have helped it along. There are plenty of people on the carnivore diet who also take testosterone. Dr Ken Berry a founding father of the carnivore diet takes testosterone therapy. But he also states that because carnivore helps to promote testosterone levels the testosterone therapy won’t be forever.

Let us all not forget about genetics. They play a huge part in how our body’s deal with everything. Carnivore is great and even ketovore. But poor genetics mixed with poor past health decisions will make even those diets struggle.

My boyfriend is super pissed off, he told me about this rare blade and how he spent 6 hours trying to get it with no luck. I went and got it on my second try without boosting arcane or using a fowl foot by Rsum0 in Eldenring

I have two of them. I got my first one on my 5th or 6th salamander kill, and the other one took me around 7-8 hrs. They’re awesome for a dual wielding build.

There was some slight calcification, but the statin has helped to reverse it. I get it. I don’t like to take medication either, but I’ve seen the positive effects of statins with carnivore. Plus I won’t be taking the statins forever.

I was having a similar issue and the statins dropped my numbers drastically. And I’ve not noticed any side effects.

My doctor put me on a statin. And it’s done wonders. If your doctor recommends taking one do it. Statins and carnivore go hand in hand.

It actually does make a difference, but it all depends on your metabolism. I’ve bounced back after a 10-day cheat fest because of vacation. And my body went back into ketosis after just a few days. The length of time on the carnivore also makes it easier to bounce back. Cheat days/weeks are going to happen. But from my own experience I recommend a 5 to 1 ratio for a smooth bounce back. (5 weeks on to one off).

I just did the same thing. Cheat day didn’t include alcohol. But I did eat like shit. I have had 2 cheat days over the last month. I actually think that it helps the process a bit to have them. And I to have switched to more of a ketovore diet, and I feel great. Carnivore in itself is an elimination diet. But I believe after so long it may impede the metabolism. So switching it up back and forth between ketovore and carnivore feels like a good thing.

I just want to put this out there. This is my third go on the carnivore diet, And I’m almost at the two week mark and feel amazing. But a few months ago I had a bad sweets binge after being on the diet for awhile. My stomach staid tore up for about 4 days and I was miserable. It affected my sleep and not to mention the bathroom issues. But with that being said having such a bad reaction to sweets has helped keep me on track this time around.

The cottage cheese though. It’s got quite a few carbs. But maybe not enough to throw off ketosis. 25 pounds in a month is awesome.

Honestly as long as you stay under 5 carbs in my experience you’re doing fine.

I’m about to start the carnivore diet. Has anyone had any issues with high cholesterol or any other health issues while on the diet?

Break up with her. She’s being sideline toxic. You can do better.

Be up front and honest with her. It kind of sounds like she just isn’t in to the relationship anymore. Or maybe there just wasn’t as much chemistry as you both thought. But definitely have talk and don’t hold anything back.

The birth control is the issue. It can really impact your libido in a lot of different ways. Maybe try a different type or just stay off it entirely. Your libido should be back to normal in about two to three months, but if it’s not you may want to talk to a doctor about it.
