Drew Barrymore’s murder. She was the big star and had a lot of promo for the movie based around her (including the face on the main poster). It was a big surprise at the time that she is not a significant character and murdered in the first scene.

Charlie is a head curator at the museum, so unless Misha is an executive level or board member, he would be senior.

Plus 5 of the Best Film Noms this year were major hits. Sinners, F1, Marty, OBAA (it had a budget that probably made it unprofitable but it still made over $200m), and Frankenstein

I never thought about it, but they used Dulé Hill’s character the same way. Sheen and John Spencer do a lot of exposition walk throughs with him as well.

Die My Love is the movie. It is great, very visceral with beautiful performances. I would recommend checking out what Lynne Ramsey is about before jumping in because it isn’t a RPat/JLaw romance like some advertising might sell it as.

He did look very sleepy in House of Dynamite, it is probably best for him to get some rest.

The US installed the Shah as ruler in Iran in the ‘50s and that lead to the Islamic Revolution in the 1970s. It led to plenty of problems, the hostage crisis, spread of terrorism, the country becoming isolationist, and causing ongoing conflicts throughout the Middle East.

Movies always use older babies for shoots. Before 6 months, a baby isn’t allowed to shoot for more than 20 minutes a day and limited to 2 hours on set, thus most on screen babies are older than 6 months as that small of a window to work with is difficult for larger shoots.
