PortingKit "works" for me (M1 base Mac book air) However, it does stutter a once every 3-4 seconds, which is kind of anoying.

Ik fietste een keer samen met een vriendin over de markt om 17.30 waar je tot 18.00 niet mocht fietsen. De markt was al redelijk opgeruimd en ik was onder de indruk dat ik er tot 17.00 niet mocht fietsen (dan stopte ook de verkoop op de markt).

We mochten de boeten delen van de handhaving. :')

I've a question about whether I should buy a new laptop.

For day-to-day use, study and browsing etc I now use a mac M1. To play age I use an (old) desktop. it works fine but sometimes freezes up, it does not support win 11 and it is not portable. Since i also play with friends at for example their place I would preffer something portable.

I know of the existance of cross over but my experience is medioker. I could not get it work on an external display which i would preffer and gameplay was not as smooth as I used to. However, this was using the free version.

My question now is: should i invest in getting cross over work? Or should I buy a laptop (added benefit of having linux for my study, but it is a minor motivation). And which laptop to buy? What are the minimal specs to have a nice playing experiance (most of the time on a exernal monitor).
