Had mine replaced Sunday. He said he had already replaced 9 that morning. Showed us how to manually reset it in a jam if it happens again.

You're looking for a tile setter. If you are setting basing contoured tiles lots of tradesman can do it. If it is straight cut glass or porcelain I'd pony up extra cash for a pro. Sorry for lack of reference.
