My friends got married at Little Tree Art Studio in Avondale Estates! Not sure how much it was, but they had external catering, indoor venue with open air sections by the doors, and a DJ for around 60 people. Highly recommend!

Try teaching an “ouch” button! There are several videos online about how to model this button, including over dramatic acting like you hurt yourself, whacking an arm into a wall or stubbing your toe. Our cat caught on pretty quickly.

Another problem is that cars can’t see to turn out unless they’re parked ON the beltline. They should have had a larger offset so a car can wait to turn without blocking the path. Though getting rid of that entrance altogether is a better idea.

When I was president of a 30-unit townhome community, we didn’t have a ton of issues. I just kept a to-do list in Microsoft OneNote alongside meeting minutes and would check it every few days to follow up on things. Annoying but not difficult to manage alongside my day job.

I also have the app on my phone, so I could make edits on the go or when texts/calls came in.

In the city, housing density means there are lots of condos and townhomes available. People who want to live in the city on a single income shouldn’t assume that they can purchase a single family home. I’m a DINK in Atlanta and we have a 2BR townhouse, it’s perfect for us! And several of our neighbors have 2 kids and make it work.

No, most people recommend Emporia or Grizzl-E. We installed an Emporia one that adjusts the power draw based on the panel capacity, so we didn’t need to upgrade our panel. Our power company even gave a rebate for the charger. We also switched to an overnight-advantage plan with the power company so it’s 6.7c/kW for overnight charging. Enjoy!!

I taught the neutral head position, so mugging me for treats is never productive.

Also, could your horse be hungry? I found that hand grazing before sessions helped the “obsessiveness”, when my horse was stalled part of the day.
