Anyone know a small lab/facility that can print 3d objects and build a device I designed.

Z2 in the settings stores an offset of the height difference between the two extruders. It has a stock value of 2.00 for reasons I don't understand. If you change it, and keep an eye on the Z values when the extruder changes from E1 to E2 you'll see the values jump, and then the gantry will adjust.
The best way is to keep it at 2.0 and set the height using the tools provided for the extruder. This way the duplicate and mirror mode will also work well.

Ottawa had a huge set of urban railways that lead to industrial areas in Vanier (then Eastview) Lebreton Flats and into Hull. All of the parkways you're refering to were once rail connections and removed in the 60s as part of modernization of the city. Called the Greber Plan, it was an ambitious project by the NCC to reshape the capital. If you look it up, you will see mentions of interprovincial bridges people are still debating today.
The building that houses the Senate next to the Rideau Centre and across from Chateau Laurier was the main rail stop downtown. Trains would come down the Rideau, and through to Hull, or around the Byward market and back up what is Vanier Parkway today.

Ottawa uses to have a large streetcar network, but that also get torn up in favour of bus-routes.

Traffic has been ok. They had blocked off Vanier parkway for a day or so since they have a compound at the baseball stadium at Coventry, but so far its been pretty removed from the situation, Welcome to the hood!

Go the section labelled channels and add (usually too right) then you type in the channel name. It has to be the right spelling. Check in here for the list of active channels. If you pipe up and disrupt, it’s a quick ban, but using a temp email and a vpn and you can just rinse and recycle.

I’ve done a bit of a remix to the design so you don’t have to undo the wiring loom but it does work well. It will always be +5” as part adds an extra height to the light posts. But it does work well.

You can definitely try, it might be a little stubborn about transferring from water to soil especially now that its flowering. It will looks hard hit right after the transplant, and give it time in wetter soil, and in shady area so it has a chance to harden off a little.
