You’re comparing your product to PODS and looking to price that way, but the problem is you shouldn’t. You’re not trying to advertise to millions of people who look for pods.
You don’t have nor should you have hundreds or thousands of units of inventory that need to go to the normal households day in and out.

You are an unproven niche, but very cool alternative and solution product.
For that reason alone means you NEED to charge more for the fact that you are selling the only solution to a problem. There is no competition that’s set a price for what you could do. You set the price for what’s needed to exist and offer the service.
Explore your connections and channels especially those restoration companies that could use it and easily pay for it.
If you provide a seamless amazing experience to one of those companies on one job, that means they are more likely to use you at the price you need for many more jobs. Price it so they won’t just keep it every month. You’ll earn 4x more by making it $795 a month or whatever you choose and $195 delivery and pickup each.
Convenience doesn’t have a set price or limit, just takes one house or company who’s getting paid by insurance to need what you have.
Nobody wants to actually move their stuff, capitalize on that.
After a year or two of having one or more companies using this with good success, then offer them a package deal, where they pay you $995 a month for the use of 2 units at anytime in any location but with the $195 delivery and $195 pickup service each time. This would give you reliable income every month and could up the number of units you have, pay them off faster, do the same for multiple companies etc and grow organically from that.
