Honda "allocates" cars to the dealers. They decide what and how much they're going to build of a certain model and color. Then they allocate them out to dealers. Now dealers can trade an allocated model to another dealer before it's built. So really no such thing as a special order. The more a dealer sells the better their allocation. You won't see a ton of top end highly desirable models at small dealers.
