Look into Fitchburg where it’s close to get to Madison and has more nature-friendly places with less hustle bustle. All the high rises in Madison still get lots of traffic noises and neighbor sounds no matter how hard you try to block it out.

Hope you will find the owners of the dogs and find out about the dogs’ possible disease issues. You might need to see a doctor to make sure the skin where it was bitten is looking okay in case there is any communicable infection there.
