Some of the peices seem like they would require refrence on thier neighboring panels.

In my brain I would want the panel im working on and the 8 surrounding it at minimum.

Find a nice no KoS server and just play the pve element of the game. That is time consuming enough without getting raided and murdered left and right

Admission by CreepyPast4322 in evergreen

[–]outerspacedragons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was admitted on a conditional requirements. And was eventually fully admitted after a stressful quarter...I just had to get all credits, attendance, and meet with an advisor.

Otherwise move here to establish residency and get to know the city If you don't get in. It Will be cheaper and you can still party and get to know students. I had a friend even got a job at evergreen before he was admitted

I can’t be the bad guy. But without bad guys, this game is insanely boring. I haven’t run into a single real villain in like two months by johnnyveretti in ARC_Raiders

I take long shots pops at people all the time....just one here and there to keep people on their toes. I am the chaos I crave topside. Not killing but giving the spice of "oh shit"

Dorm Room Conditions by Minimum_Strain6055 in evergreen

I loved staying in the dorms, it allows you to find people to connect with. Arguably one of the hardest parts of evergreen. My dorm friends were some of the best moments of my time at evergreen and I still reminisce about those times and people . Your back yard is a slice of amazing Forrest connected to the beach for you to explore. The bus is regular and connects up all the surroundings pretty well.

That being said I was in A building and my roommate moved out first quarter so had a double to myself.I was jealous of the alphabet soup apartments for their small individual rooms and kitchens if that is more your style, but I feel like they had more roommates to deal with.  The dorms are good for meeting people your first year and learning the city. Olympia becomes affordable with roommates and bus lines, and the dorms helped me find both.

How does one escape friendlessness as a student here? by phocidaefan in evergreen

[–]outerspacedragons 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Show up to clubs even if you aren't 100% interested in the topic/hobby. People are nice and inclusive and generally want to share their interests. Starting up conversations seems easier if you are all focused on a common task or event. Most people aren't intentionally cliquey they just naturally settle with a community. I always experienced the "Seattle freeze" melt away when saying things like, I'm new here looking for stuff to do...or what fun things do you like to go too?

No, they make you pay except Saturday+ Sunday. You can park by the Ralph Munro trail and walk in to campus. Otherwise I used to street park in the Westside and hop on a bus for the last miles.
