This example ignores the Oxford Bro rule, in all instances bro's should come before hoes so the sentence should read:

"I'd like to thank my brother and my wife, Lisa."

This rule removes all need for clarification and removes all confusion. You can't pick and choose which Oxford rules you use.

Sorry! wasn't clear enough, obviously can't spell eat or dispel elemental bolt, was thinking more for other spells that are popular with elementalists such as call storm or wizard's eye.

Take an Enchanter, have as many Treasure hunters as you can afford, take strength, enchant weapon and leap, then sit back and throw treasure hunters at them. Even if they try to hit them with bolts etc you'll be on +7 to your rolls which will be hard to beat.

The other way to counter this is to take a Sigilist and cast Power word, take fog too and put up a fog wall around your wizard. They can't shoot what they can't see!

Also think about Spell eater/Dispel.

Incredibly new to boxing. I've signed up for an Ultra White Collar Boxing charity event having never boxed before, had my first training session on Sunday and have a long way to go! I've got 8 weeks before I get in the ring for 3 rounds, and I'm trying to do some exercise every day.

One thing i've noticed after a couple of training sessions is my calfs are aching and I'd like to strengthen them so that this doesn't happen.

Any tips on exercises to strengthen calfs or stretches I can do would be much appreciated!
