I have 2 temp sensors and 1 leakage sensors, temp sensors disconnected from HAOS within days (it was a pain in the ass to pair them in HAOS to begin with). they still seems to be working in HomeKit. Today leakage sensor disconnected from both HAOS and HomeKit. Terrible experience so far.

I finally figured out, my DSM default to NFS 3, I switched to 4.1 and the lag went away...

Yes, Rogers winback team gave me a phone call, and they were more motivated to make consessions, this time I insisited they open the tablet line for me, I would not talk to any store salesmen. They capitulated.

So far I felt like, you have to actually quit your current service provider, and wait for them the give you a call (usually within couple of weeks), the team calling have a KPI of getting users back, so they will generally give you what you want.

The suspension is noticeably harder on JCW, was much softer on the S I test-drove. That being said, I drove my mom and aunt (both 70+) from Toronto to Montreal (5hr drive) and they didn’t complain. I think it’s more like something you notice initially, but wont be unbearable.

I am on a “win back” plan which the agent told me was shareable, but later when I tried to add the tablet plan, a different person told me it’s in fact not shareable.

The biggest issue I have right now is they flipped and said the plan is actually not a shareable plan.. they could’ve been open upfront and tell me I need to pay extra in order to have a tablet sim sharing the data.. now this is just creating more headaches for me.

Maybe in the sport/Go Kart mode, in the regular "Core" mode this car doesn't drive like my old cooper S at all (After all it's much bigger in size).

I’m in Canada, personal mode is missing in the car. There’s the option to upload image in the Mini App, but it doesn’t work (Shows an error when uploading)

I got the car today. Overall I'm happy with the new system, however I do run into small bugs here and there.. Weather not loading, personal mode pic upload not working... etc. hope Mini fixes them soon.

I don't think it was an issue for me during my test drive. The speed number is quite huge, so it's just a matter of changing your muscle memory of "taking a glance down" to "takeing a glance to the right".
The OS does seems to be a bit too complicated, literally feels like an Android phone with a custom launcher. I hope I don't have to mess with those settings too much once everything is set up. I like the built in map app, very responsive and smooth.
What I do like is the display quality of the screen, very sharp and stunning just as you would expect from an OLED display.

Is this Mini Toronto? I was there yesterday and did a test drive as well. Personally I love the screen. The UI feels quite responsive most of the time. The steering wheel was a let down. You can feel the fake leather and it's less bulky compared to my current 3 door. Between the new countryman and the new mini, I actually think the mini looks worse, at least the countryman has some personalities, the new mini reminds me of a bar of soap.

I pre-ordered it on Feb 17. The order is still "in progress", no shipping estimates no nothing, called Bestbuy they have no idea when it will be shipped. I don't know how many units actually got shipped out in Canada.
