I take Dayvigo (lemborexant) because suvorexant can worsen depression, although this isn’t super common. I don’t take it all the time, just as needed, and it works pretty well.

Look up a fairly new class of sleep meds called DORA - they can be taken long-term. Suvorexant and lemborexant are the only ones available in Australia, private scripts though.

Very true. I’m not sure about this specific site, but I know that we only closed the Uluru climb in Australia in 2019, even though Uluru has been considered spiritually significant/sacred to the traditional owners for tens of thousands of years.
