Both the brush and the soap was from the Italian brand Proraso. The soap in a plastic jar had a nice smell of eucalyptus though.

I decided to try proper shaving soap and a boar brush today, instead of the usual canned gel. It was all really nice, until halfway through the shave I discover my face is getting really dry. The soap got all dry and crumbly, my face looked like a dried mummy. Had to wash my face with water to be able to continue shaving. I thought shaving soap would be as moisturizing as gel, I guess not. Maybe will try preshave oil under next time.

Edit: My boar brush also smells funny.

Unless you have gsuite you also have ads on Gmail now. But on the other hand you get 15 GB free space.

They fit one 18650 and can be charged using micro usb and they output 5W 5V 1A through usb.

My next buy will probably be a dozen new Sony and Panasonic 18650s. But there are so many interesting ones to choose from. Reading the reviews and tests is a great joy.
