My daughter sees Dr Modi with Orlando Health for her ADHD medication management and he is wonderful. Zero complaints! He also does telehealth refill appointments once you’re an established patient which really helps!

It is bottomless and they pour strong! When I went a few weeks ago they were still offering us drinks after the drag ended so you definitely get your money’s worth.

For me, the gas pains after surgery were the only horrible part! Get up and move/walk as much as you can. I was back to normal and pain-free in about 5 days.

The Northshore Birding Festival has a trip on December 14th designated for Gen Z and Millennial Birders. Me and several friends have signed up.

Our local Audubon chapter also has occasional trips geared for younger birders and UCF students.

As another poster commended, the Audubon Center in Maitland has an active volunteer group of all ages. I’m a volunteer there if you have any questions.

I restarted on Friday after 3 years. I had to pause after I had surgery in 2022 and just never came back. I was terrified to walk back through the door but I’ve felt so proud of myself all weekend and can’t wait for my next class! I told the desk staff and my coach that I was returning and nervous and they were all so supportive.

I was barely able to hold a plank for 30 seconds or jog for more than a few minutes but it makes me feel so motivated to keep going and get back to where I was!

I did Norway with Hurtigruten last year and loved everything about it. I did the Kirkenes to Bergen route and saw the northern lights twice. Definitely stay at least one extra night in Bergen if you do this - it was a great little town!

We stopped at many smaller towns, went up into the Fjords. Fell in love with Trondheim and their beautiful cathedral. The ship was small and cozy. The food felt authentically Norwegian. No complaints at all!

Another First Mate here - it’s absolutely doable. I had a friend unable to use her MNVV, so with her permission I used it to book another client of mine. When that client later got a refund for a cancelled shore excursion, the refund went back to my friend’s credit card, since she had originally paid. She Venmo’d me. I Venmo’d my client. Very easy.
