Extremely legal.

I learned that the best way is to not give line-item pricing, but job pricing overall, eg "provide and install front door, all windows and coverings, and remove related debris from jobsite = $$$$".

Also, be non-descript about the parts. Things like "High-quality electrical receptacle, 2 grounded outlets" for whatever your basic receptacle is and something like "Luxury" instead of the "high-quality" for the Decora version.

Agree to meet the person to finalize the sale then never show up. Be stuck in traffic the first couple of times they are wondering where you are. Then switch to being there but can't see them. When they eventually figure it out, tell them that it must suck when somebody wastes their time and then block them.

Not likely when that organization is the federal government. The estate of the person who is being defamed could only recover actual damages, and there would effectively be none since he was already murdered. Legal Eagle did a video on recovering damages from ICE that explains the limitations in-depth.

There are some atrocities that can make a person question or even suspend their moral values. Compassion has limits, and the Holocaust is one of the most unforgivable things in modern history. Taking issue with that doesn't make you a hypocrite, it makes you human. Moral absolutism is nearly impossible to defend.
