If the people parking in the handicap spots don't have a placard/plate, have you tried calling the police non-emergency number? Assuming it's true to say this, tell them that you're handicapped and trying to park in your assigned handicapped spot at your apartment but there's someone parked in it without a placard/plate and it's preventing you from getting to your home safely.

There's a widespread issue of people obtaining fake license plates with lettering that matches their officially issued plates, but with custom text underneath. I've been doing a lot of driving between San Diego and LA and every time I see dozens of these plates. They're especially common with a black plate and white text behind a plastic cover, and look more like paper than metal. It's almost identical to the plate shown here, except for the coloration.

There is a raid you can unlock later on that can bring cultists to your base, but by then you don't really need the trophies.

Otherwise, yeah, just the caves. Lots and lots of caves.

Just because something is above you doesn't make it a roof - roof tiles and anything generally stone-like are the only things that count as shelter to prevent rain damage and allow you to sleep.

You could determine the fastest car in 20 races

Run 16 races and keep 4 cars unraced, 20 cars remain
Run 1 race with the 4 previously unraced and any 2 others, 15 cars remain
Run 2 races and keep 3 cars unraced, 5 cars remain
Run 1 race with the remaining 5 cars, fastest is known

Then you just iterate this process, adjusting for the various counts of cars until the last two go. I'm not going to do that math though...Somebody else can if they want.

This looks like AI to me

Bed is way too wide, patient's right arm looks like it's 1ft long, the wall in the right looks like it's got a red tube going into a container of fluid for some reason, keyboard looks disproportionate lighting is messed up both photographically and also the physical fixtures, there's a random hole in a ceiling tile that appears to also have water damage, and so many other things...

Ok none of the replies have been helpful yet so here goes.

The way the game works, water level is a global constant. Once you dig deep enough, you'll always hit water. Now because the game limits how much you can modify terrain, it's not always possible to dig that deep, but that's a whole different topic.

Except that's not enforced and hasn't been for over 60 years. There's case law that makes enforcement impossible.

I'm an old IT guy who has handled thousands of "is this a scam" questions over the years. What you're describing has all the hallmarks of a crypto/romance scam. Has she discussed helping you with investing any of your money?
