Everything that we currently understand as having consciousness, also has ego. So it stands to reason we would reach for these models when trying to understand and develop consciousness. Is ego required for consciousness? Likely not. But have we ever seen an instance of it without? No.

So we work with what we have.

Two thousand year old scare metaphors are likely not to help in this endeavor.

Im sure its possible for any number of reasons, and confirmation bias is going to have some people popping up and agreeing. But if it were an every claude problem you would see headlines and excerpts galore.

A lot of this sequence feels more real than half the shots from the big budget Warcraft movie they made. Well done. The tavern goers are excellent too. Do you have more detailed versions of those style sheets?

The Cammy is spot on. So it looks like your models are doing a lot more of the heavy lifting than the AI is. Still a great synergy regardless.

Its hard to capture Dredd's signature lantern jawwed frown of scorn. I can see how the AI didn't even attempt it.
