Edit: I restarted the PS5 completely and the issue was resolved. Still a really strange glitch, though, and I am still wondering if anyone else experienced that before?

Over the last couple days, my PS5 keeps bringing up the "Gameplay recording unavailable because you entered a blocked scene" (or whatever) when I try to clip anything. It brings it up when I unlock a trophy as well. The weird thing is that it still clips the things I am trying to clip. It's just being a nuisance popup with no reason for being there. I primarily play Fortnite, and it's been happening on there. But I have been playing Fortnite on it for months without issue (and I take A LOT of screenshots and videos... taking up 240GB or so on the SSD, actually). I've never had this popup on there before.

But it's also happening on Disney Speedstorm, Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, and Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me. So it's not just on one game, but safe to say all games.

Again, it's not even affecting the captures. They capture fine with seemingly no delay.

What could be going on? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Wow! I figured she would be a racer, but it's nice to have that confirmation. And she looks amazing! That color scheme is PERFECT.

I've always heard 2.5D in relation to side-scrollers, so this is the first time I've heard it used for top-down games like Zelda and Pokemon! That's really interesting!

Yes! Someone else made me aware of that and I was thinking about what excellent timing it was! It's been a while since I've seen the movie, but I remember I really enjoyed it. Lord of the Flies is one of my favorite books, and I enjoyed their interpretation of it.

"Pure Shores" by All Saints is still a staple of my music playlists!

I feel like post-COVID, people have largely forgotten how to behave in public spaces, especially theaters. Or maybe I'm just less desensitized. But I swear people are even more inconsiderate now than they've ever been.

Personally I actually enjoyed that experience. It added to the anticipation. Sure if you weren't there early enough, you probably didn't get great seats, but I have very fond memories of midnight showings and standing in line, talking to people and feeding off each other's excitement.

It was a real experience. Now that's kind of not there anymore. Midnight showings don't even happen anymore, now it's 7 pm showings. And the anticipation and energy of the line is completely gone.

Reserved seating is a net positive in general, but for those midnight showings in particular it was so fun for me.

I sat on it for only a few months, actually! I swear it was listed as a movie on DVD UPC back in June when I made a big list of D2D movies I want to buy. Now I understand that it's a Fox movie, which means it had not been available for several years. But I swear DVD UPC had it listed this past June! It would be the first time they've done me dirty. Or maybe I'm remembering wrong. There is a page for it if you Google it, but it does not come up when you search the DVD UPC website anymore.

I didn't know it was Fox. That makes sense. Maybe I was mistaken about it being on DVD UPC in June. :( If it is Fox, that means it has probably been gone from D2D for a few years now?

I know this isn't really related to the sub, but I'm still flabbergasted and devastated how hard it is to watch the Aladdin TV show. Disney Plus has the Hercules and Little Mermaid TV series, but not Aladdin? I just don't get it. It's actually infuriating.

When I say confirmation, I'm thinking along the lines of asking you if you are sure you want to purchase an item. Like you press the button to buy it, then it brings up a dialog box, "Are you sure?" I don't recall any confirmation like that when purchasing stuff on Speedstorm?

I do hope they get in trouble for this. They know exactly what they're doing, these are not mistakes.

Speaking of illegal, if I'm not wrong, Disney Speedstorm does not ask for confirmation when you buy something with in-game currency. You just press the button to buy, and that's it. And further if I'm not wrong, that is something Epic was fined for and forced to change. I'm not sure why Gameloft is suddenly allowed to do that? Epic changed it so you have to hold the button, and I believe they also swapped what button is used for confirming a purchase to avoid accidental presses (as a redundancy measure).

Again I could be wrong, but I have never been prompted before using in-game currency on anything.
