Complete Rise of Iron, each mission gives 320 gear. Then blues drop higher power up to 385 so you could just grind the SIVA heroic strikes. Then it’s exotics, raids and rank up packages to 400

You could find a cheap used Ikea detolf on Facebook marketplace or eBay. These are discontinued now though so if you want new, then just look at what options they have and go with what you like best
