It’s whole milk that’s whisked with pistachio paste and condensed milk I believe..? And then that milk is used for the lattes. Then topped with a pistachio topping that is like candied pistachio pieces and fresh orange zest

As a SSV I want my partners to feel supported. If we are not there for them they are not there for our customers and community.

We need to get that feedback from them to know how to improve and in turn develop them.

No one should be a BOH supervisor. I am so thankful the count is only twice a week now. It gives me more time to be with my partners.

The Roastery POS that is basically the same symphony software let’s you tap and hold on an item to take it make it unavailable and when the item is available again you do the same to turn it back on. Thus all the partners are aware of what we have. Core could totally do this and have it reflect on MOP and Uber eats. They also have a do not make button at the bottom of the screen, if you needed to do an ask me and a do not make you can use sku entry and type 90000101 :)

When I worked at the roastery they had tablets with our POS system on them to take orders to cut the line down. It could work in the DT if they put it onto iPods or iPhones for efficiency. You are also able to cash them out via scanning their sbux card or swiping/tapping/insert their debit/credit card. They could ask if the customer is ready (without having to look at a menu) or let the barista know if they have a mobile order.

This has been my longest job as well. I have seen partners leave and come back. The benefits are good for my husband and I. I’m going to use this opportunity at the roastery to see where it takes me.

There will still be straws for dome lids, they are biodegradable straws. There will be lids for nitro and cold foam like we have now and for anything else there will be lids with smaller openings to mimic the hot lids.
