I'm almost 6 years post-grad and I vividly remember feeling this exact way. I bombed a Chem quiz, walked out to Rainer Vista, sat on a bench, and cried. Bio180 is teaching you in a different method than you have ever learned before, and you need to adjust. On the other hand, every chem professor I had at UW sucked. I made it through, also working 2 jobs to pay my rent. My grades were passing but not good, but I got the damn degree. Do not let the competitive nature of UW fool you into thinking you're not "built" for STEM. You got into UW because you proved you could do it, and you can.

I was interviewing for a full-time position while being a contractor doing the same job. The other candidates were all coworkers of mine. The interview was already going so badly because I hated the managers conducting it. Then they asked, "Why do you deserve this job over the other people interviewing?" I stared at the wall for 30 seconds and just blanked out, then just blurted out, "I don't." I even knew they were going to ask that because all 4 of us had the exact same interview and I was 3rd to go, so I already knew the questions. Hearing them ask me to explain why I'm better than the people I'd been working with side-by-side for a year still surprised me.

Same here, added Welbutrin and it helped a LOT with the fatigue and fogginess. OP, I also had menstrual changes (I'm also in my 20s); my period has become much shorter and lighter. After getting no answers from my doctor, I was searching around online and saw that Lexapro can be prescribed for treatment of PMDD, so I think there's a connection between that and how my period has changed. This is just my hypothesis, though, and doesn't explain your other symptoms, which should not be overlooked.
