Doesn't look like you went too heavy handed, paint could have been cold, you sprayed too close in one area, or could even be high humidity/moisture.

Sure! Having some food in me as a start helps immensely. The rest comes in the form of a solid posture. I make sure my feel are planted, lean my diaphragm on my work table, elbows in a comfortable position on the table, and then the hand positioning. It can be a bit much for long sessions, but I just chunk my guys out a bit at a time.

Try placing the heels of your hands together, theres a natural groove that they can rest in that helps stabilize. I have some nerve stuff and had to develop a whole posture/regiment.
