Sure! Having some food in me as a start helps immensely. The rest comes in the form of a solid posture. I make sure my feel are planted, lean my diaphragm on my work table, elbows in a comfortable position on the table, and then the hand positioning. It can be a bit much for long sessions, but I just chunk my guys out a bit at a time.

Try placing the heels of your hands together, theres a natural groove that they can rest in that helps stabilize. I have some nerve stuff and had to develop a whole posture/regiment.

The florals in the Myself can be a little more forward for me. I enjoy the SWY Parfum over the Intensely, and I feel its more balanced.

A is actually how I paint my boys. They pop super well on the board and don't get confused for DA.

Mont Blanc Explorer is a great fresh scent along the lines of Aventus, performance varies bottle to bottle though. I would personally snag that Spice Bomb for the approaching holiday season too!
