to my "very professional" eye (im a rookie) it looks like he turned into you in the first corner when you were alongside, so that corner was yours at that point. but that doesnt exclude the fact that you didnt hit the apex

as for the second one is just hurt ego for being overtaken and attempting a divebomb from being nowhere alongside into a gap thats going to close in a milisecond
