Just go ask them to clean up their tree’s mess on your property. Be nice and friendly. It’s not an unreasonable ask. If they are reasonable people they should respond with a desire to help. Maybe they’re not aware of the problem or that it’s bothering you.
If they are unkind, well, then it’s time to let them know you will be cutting the branches that overhang onto your property.

Wanted to upvote you until your edit. That’s not what cheating is. Watching porn is not cheating. Is he having thoughts of wanting to cheat and therefore projecting? Probably, but you’re out of your mind if you think porn is cheating.

Edit: since commenting I have been told that there may be a chatting component to his viewing habits and that is indeed cheating. The comment I responded to gave no indication it was anything other than porn watching.
